About this game

Experience the ultimate sensation of gliding through the sky!

Glider Sim is a professional paragliding and paramotor simulator built for real pilots and designed for realistic graphics! Simulations can be played outside of or inside VR. We recommend playing in virtual reality as it offers the highest level of immersion!

The simulator takes place in Sun Valley, Idaho, USA. The scenery comes from real-world satellite imagery and is covered in high-resolution textures, grass, trees, and wildflowers! The scenery also includes custom-placed roads, houses, buildings, power lines, soaring eagles, cruising planes, and more! We are trying to create a beautiful living environment where many detailed landscape objects are placed that you can spot while flying and exploring the map.

A lot of attention is focused on the flight physics of gliders and the wind and heat systems. Set your launch point and flight conditions, and take off! Use wind currents such as ridge lift and thermals to stay in the air, or if you use the paramotor trike throttle and cruise over detailed landscapes. You can turn the wind visualization particle system on and off as well as change other flight conditions such as wind speed and direction.

Experience state-of-the-art flight physics, where every unit of the glider is modeled and physics applied!

You can perform maneuvers such as flanking, spiraling, stalling, and diving, be careful and don’t let your wings collapse! Don’t forget to share this experience with your gliding enthusiasts, and we look forward to hearing your feedback at the Community Center as we continue to develop!
