Similar to the Hauntify mixed reality game, Wild Animal Escape features animals rather than ghosts, bringing a different experience.
Mixed reality Wild Animal Escape turns your multi-storey house into an action game! Experience wildlife that will hunt you down. Collect golden statues to unlock placeable items. As you collect more statues, the speed and difficulty of the animals increases. Play in day and night mode!
Mixed reality Wild Animal Escape can be played in any type of building, including single or multi-storey! Players must set up their play space with the game’s built-in features to enhance their experience. With an area of up to 500 x 500 meters and a maximum altitude tracking space of 100 meters to set up your experience, the possibilities are endless! We want to give players the creative freedom to create action games and place props in their environments. Some animals can be summoned at player-defined spawn points, while others appear in completely random locations around your house/play space.
Mixed reality Wild Animal Escape features a fully dynamic AI capable of navigating your house with full occlusion. Different animal types will have unique behaviors.
It’s important to make sure you read the instructions on how to set up your play space before playing. Your experience will depend on how well you set up your play space and whether you set your headset to enable pass-through mode.
Please note that this app is still experimental, and future Oculus updates may affect the game’s pass-through functionality.
