Important: All purchases on VRGoo are considered final. By completing a payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this refund policy. We strongly recommend reviewing your selected plan before checkout.
🚫 No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a VIP membership is activated on your account, we are unable to reverse or refund the transaction.
This applies to all membership tiers:
- Silver VIP — 30 days
- Gold VIP — 90 days
- Platinum VIP — 1 year
- Diamond VIP — Lifetime
✅ Exception — Support Within 1 Hour
We understand that issues can happen. If you experience any of the following within 1 hour of purchase, contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve it:
- Payment was charged but VIP was not activated on your account
- You accidentally purchased the wrong tier
- Duplicate payment was made for the same order
Requests made after 1 hour of purchase will not be eligible for any adjustment. No exceptions.

- VRGoo is not responsible for compatibility issues with specific VR headsets not listed in the product description

Contact us within 1 hour. We will review your case and help where possible, though upgrades and downgrades are not guaranteed.
Q: Will my membership auto-renew?
No. VRGoo memberships are one-time payments. You will never be charged automatically. When your membership expires, you can choose to renew manually.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard (via Gumroad International customers only), PayPal – International customers only, Vietnam local bank transfer via Techcombank Vietnamese users.
Q: Is my payment secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed by Gumroad and Stripe — your card details never touch our servers. Bank payments are handled directly through verified Vietnamese payment providers.
