Welcome to Poly Ego, a mind-wrenching adventure in the heart of a giant digital labyrinth. As an unsuspecting lab robot, you’re thrown into a complex puzzle world, co-oping with another robot, Bluepy. Logic will be your compass, and clever strategies will help you traverse this fantastic real world.

The core game is surrounded by logical mechanics. You’ll encounter cubes in the levels, and they’ll be crucial to solving the game’s complex puzzles. These geometry tools can be placed on pressure plates or used to manipulate laser beams. Pressure plates trigger various mechanisms, such as hiding obstacles or redirecting the laser path.

The laser beam comes in two colors: yellow and red. Yellow lasers are benign and can interact with them harmlessly, while red lasers are dangerous attachments and should be avoided. The cubes you find can also help here, by redirecting the lasers and directing their beams into new directions. This redirection is often necessary in order to hit the laser sensor and thus activate a specific event or object in the level.

Enemy robots lurk in these digital corridors, ready to attack at any time. However, fear not, because they have a weakness: by directing the agitation beam towards them, they can be hit. Usually, placing the cube in the right position to redirect the Pu beam is your best defense strategy.

Coordination with Bluepy is crucial. Some puzzles require simultaneous action, requiring the orientation of objects and communication between the two characters.

Your goal in each level is to reach the spherical yellow portal. Only when all the beatmaps in the level have been successfully solved will you be able to enter this portal, which is a proof of your problem-solving skills.
