In both time-limited and non-time-limited classes, users can choose from three classic breathing inhale-exhale-inhale-exhale rhythms (4-7-8, 4-4-4-4, and 3-1-6) that match established therapeutic breathing patterns. Additionally, users can choose a "Deep Inspired Breathing" exercise, which trains users to hold their breath for up to 20 seconds at a time. These exercises may be performed in a variety of virtual environments, each dynamically breathing in and out to help guide the user through the exercise: Orb – A low stimulation empty space with pulsating orbs. Beach – A gentle beach shoreline with gentle waves. Windmill – A grassy hilltop with floating clouds and spinning wind turbines. Garden – A night scene with small fish swimming in a lake.
