【Description】:
About this game:
Your research expedition goes awry from the start, and you find yourself trapped in a small research submarine, deep in the depths of an undersea cave system, far from the surface. The claustrophobic space inside the submarine feels oppressive, but at least you have shelter. Meanwhile, your companion is trapped in a collapsed cave outside, and his life is in danger.
You must act fast to save your comrades and find a way out of these cursed caves. Explore the remains of an abandoned Soviet research base, use a remote-controlled drone to find clues from the outside, and master submarine controls perfectly.
And you’re not alone, be careful not to wake up something that has been sleeping for decades.
Please note
This game is available in both desktop and VR modes. On PC, you can select the game mode from the main menu.
The game is still in development and the full version of the story will be different from this demo version. This demo version is a full game, though, just on a smaller scale.
features
- An immersive experience, both literally and figuratively
- A wide variety of instruments. You don’t have windows, but you’re not blind. Use them to find your way out.
- A delicate submarine is not your enemy, but your ally. So don’t hesitate to learn how it works and become a skilled submarine pilot.
- You can’t go out in a wetsuit, but that doesn’t mean you can’t interact with the outside world. Use your trusty (and virtually indestructible) ROV to retrieve and place objects in the cave.
Tips and controls
See the Controls.txt file in the game directory. There are also in-game control hints in non-VR mode.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by all the intricacies of the ship, start small – figure out how to use sonar and how to control the movement of the submarine.
Beacons that can be recovered from underwater are connected to the terminal. Use the connectors on the side of the terminal to connect them to the terminal.
The map mode of the holographic projector not only draws your tracks, you can also create waypoints there and move and connect them with your hands. This can be useful if you get lost.
The Hints.txt files in the submarine terminal and game directory help more.
Languages supported: English, Russian. You can only change the language in the main menu. The English translation is far from perfect, so I would appreciate any help with the translation.
