Obius is a tool for creating interesting and highly complex sounds for music production or film sound design. Obius is an essential tool for any music producer or sound designer, making it easy to create interesting soundscapes using a collection of presets.

The basic idea is that instead of playing individual notes on the keyboard, you play sequences. The XR user interface makes sequence editing easy, fun and creative. Obius sound creation is sample-based, but it might be better described as “sequential synthesis.” All samples come from real analog or sound sources recorded using highly professional vintage and modern equipment.

The best way to incorporate Obius into your workflow is to plug the headphone analog 3.5mm line output into the I/O, just like you would with an external synth.
